Medical Visits
  • Dr. Arseneau and Dr. McKay see all patients (1:1) for an initial consultation (Telehealth or in person on Bowen Island)

  • Our clinic only sees patients with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS),
    Fibromyalgia (FM), and Long COVID

  • You need a referral before you can be seen by Dr. Arseneau or Dr. McKay:
e.g., by Family physician, Nurse Practitioner, Walk-in Clinic, or any other physician licensed to practice in BC

  • Most follow up visits are done in a group format (see below)

Group Medical and Group Medication Visits
  • Group Medical Visits are for any issues that do NOT require a prescription
Patient can usually get an appointment within 2-3 weeks
These are available to all patients who have been referred to us (even if you have not had your 1:1 consultation)

  • Group Medication Visits for patients who are interested in trying a particular drug (e.g., low dose naltrexone)
Patient can get a new prescription, increase the dose, or get a refill
Note, patients have NOT had a 1:1 consultation with Dr. Arseneau or Dr. McKay can participate for education (i.e., no prescription will be given)
